Level 7 Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Mission Value Index™ Assessment platform at mvi.l7solutions.co ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We share data with the following service providers solely to deliver the Platform. Each provider is bound by contractual data processing obligations.
Role: Database and backend infrastructure. Stores your application data, Assessment responses, scores, and audit logs.

Role: Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information directly. We receive only a payment confirmation and transaction identifier — we never see your full card number.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
The Platform uses a single session cookie to maintain your authenticated state while you are logged in. This cookie:

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that materially affects your personal information, we will notify you via email as required by applicable law.

Deleting your account data removes your Assessment responses, scores, and contact information from our active database. Anonymized audit log entries and payment records may be retained as required by law.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer. We make no representation that the Platform complies with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States.
The Platform is intended for use by organizational leaders and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
