These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Level 7 Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Mission Value Index™ Assessment platform located at mvi.l7solutions.co ("Platform"). By submitting an application, redeeming an access token, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
The Mission Value Index™ Assessment ("Assessment") is a proprietary organizational diagnostic tool developed by Level 7 Solutions. The Assessment evaluates organizational performance across seven pillars: Leadership & Governance, Financial Stewardship, Legal & Structural Integrity, Funding Engine, Relationship Capital, Operational Systems, and Mission Clarity & Impact.

The Assessment and Report are advisory in nature. They represent the output of a structured diagnostic framework and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind.
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. To apply, you must:
We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee access.
Upon approval of your application, we will issue a single-use access token via email. This token:
You are responsible for keeping your access token secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use of a token you have shared or failed to protect.
Fee. The Assessment fee is $497.00 (USD), due at the time of access token redemption. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your provided payment method.
No Subscription. The fee is a one-time charge for a single Assessment. There are no recurring charges unless you separately purchase additional services.
Refund Policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an access token has been issued. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from completing the Assessment, contact us at hello@l7solutions.co within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, issue a replacement token.
Payment Processing. Stripe processes all payments. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern the payment transaction.
Our IP. The MVI methodology, framework, scoring system, pillar definitions, band classifications, narrative language, Report template, and all related content are the proprietary intellectual property of Level 7 Solutions, protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest in our IP to you.
Your License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your Report for your organization's internal strategic planning purposes only. You may share the Report internally with your board, leadership team, and advisors.
Restrictions. You may not:

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of this section.
We treat your Assessment data and Report as confidential. We will not sell, license, or publicly disclose your organization's specific scores, responses, or identifying information to third parties, except:
THE PLATFORM AND ASSESSMENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEVEL 7 SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEVEL 7 SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ASSESSMENT RESULTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ASSESSMENT ($497.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Level 7 Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons may include violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or technical issues. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@l7solutions.co and attempt to resolve the matter informally for a period of 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Level 7 Solutions regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours without restriction.
